Our team includes a CCIM designated commercial broker, residential sales agent, MAI designated appraiser, property owners, CAM (certified apartment manager), and onsite managers with years of experience.
7. Marketing: We use a more modern approach to advertising: social media, property specific websites, online advertising syndication, traditional online ads, and custom yard signs. Leases are tracked using third-party software and properties are listed for pre-lease once any renewal offers are rejected. Minimizing vacancy is a goal. We are proud to report that our properties consistently maintain an occupancy rate of 98%+.
8. Adaptability: Our team is constantly looking for ways to improve and adapt with the market. During the COVID outbreak, our operations changed overnight, while we continued to focus on our mission. We continually read and attend seminars hosted by the Apartment Association to stay up to date with changing circumstances in dynamic environments.
